Company overview
The office was established in 2026 in Baqubah to specify, supply and install building technologies as one technical conversation — HVAC, fire, vertical transportation, security, automation and energy.
Work with consultants, contractors and project owners is coordinated from a single headquarters on Al-Taboo Street, covering projects throughout Iraq.
Our role

Engineering coordination
Align HVAC, fire, power, ELV and vertical transport around one set of drawings and interfaces.

Technical supply
Propose equipment families from manufacturers we supply, written as countable systems.

System integration
Name the points where plant, detection, access and supervision must meet.

Installation
Site work for the contracted package, coordinated with electrical and low-current containment.

Testing & commissioning
Functional tests of the systems in scope — including elevator commissioning.

Maintenance & support
Elevator maintenance is part of that discipline today; technical follow-up remains available after handover.
