ASIF specifies and supplies split, cassette, packaged, rooftop, VRF/VRV, chiller, AHU, FCU, ventilation, exhaust, ducting and HVAC controls. Building HVAC automation is coordinated with BMS where the project requires it. Initial manufacturers we supply in this discipline include YORK and Johnson Controls.
02Coverage includes extinguishers, hose reels, cabinets, fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, clean-agent systems where applicable, CO2, kitchen-hood suppression, foam and related fire-protection equipment. Design, supply and installation are the contracted scope.
03ASIF covers design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance for passenger, residential, hospital, freight/goods, panoramic, hydraulic and applicable commercial lifts. Initial manufacturers we supply include Schindler and ORONA.
04IP CCTV, analog/HD, NVR/DVR, PTZ, thermal cameras where specified, monitoring, access control, video intercom, attendance, ANPR/LPR where applicable, storage and security infrastructure. Initial brands we supply include CamScan, Hikvision, Honeywell and Dahua.
05BMS work covers HVAC control, energy and environmental monitoring, alarms, dashboards, automation, schedules, building controls and integration architecture. Johnson Controls is among the manufacturers we supply in this discipline.
